The iron comes in attractive packaging with most important key attributes of the iron on the packaging - useful for someone who wants to start using the iron immediately without reading detailed instruction manuals and who is shopping for an iron in a physical store. An added visible reminder/guidance on recycling would be welcome. The iron looks attractive with the color combination of blue and yellow, frequently used buttons stand out clearly. The weight of the iron is just right, not too light to have to add much additional pressure and not too heavy to impact ease of use. The electricity cord has a good length and I like that it is black as most irons have white cables that look used and soiled after a while. The grip is comfortable and solid and the pointed tip is just right to get certain parts of clothes ironed into shape (collar, etc.) The iron has a solid stand which does not topple over easily. It would have been great if a container for filling in the water would have been provided as filling in water from the faucet just does not work well and it is easy to pour water above the maximum level. Additional advice on what water to use would have been good especially with the water quality here in Dubai which may impact the functionality of the iron after a while. Key settings are all marked for easy use and satisfy what I need in terms of heat and fabric settings. Auto shut off functions are timed very well and giveme a feeling of comfort. The iron heats up quickly and the iron plate easily glides over the fabric. Overall, this is an iron that I can highly recommend after using it frequently over the past couple of weeks.

This iron has a self descaling item that is so easy to clean after each ironing session. If you live like I do in a hard water area this is an amazing feature.

It is sleek, easy to hold, not overly heavy in design but robust too. I have two kids in school and husband in the office so as a collective I iron a lot per week. It heats up fast and cools down quickly so makes the process easier. The steam facilities are really effective and lasts well. I have now thrown out my old iron and will be keeping this one long term. hopefully be long lasting.

It’s bigger than your average iron I find and yet it’s very streamline and sleek. It has various heat and material settings to ensure the maximum quality when ironing your clothes. I’ve hardly had go over a section as it straightens out creases with the first swipe.

It looks awesome and handles well making short work of creases. The cord is a little shorter than I'm used to but I wouldn't let that stop me buying the iron.

It is very lightweight and easy to use and removes creases with ease. It is easy to smooth areas that are hard to reach and this is such a great product

It also has a function of a hand held steamer but I’ve not used that yet very useful though and something my husband can do without having to ask me! Philips is a good brand you can rely on.
