A. Offer description:

Al Ghandi Electronics L.L.C, Gulf Electronics L.L.C, and Versuni Export B.V. (“Promoter”) are offering you the chance to claim a refund of the full purchase amount if you have used your Philips Fully Automatic Espresso Machine Model Name: EP3347/90, Air Fryer Model Name: NA460/09, Garment Steam Generator Model Name: GC628/86, and Stick Vacuum Model Name: XC5041/61 (“Eligible Products”) within sixty (60) days (as recommended) and are not completely satisfied with the performance of such Eligible Product (“Offer”).

The Offer is valid between 15th of May until 14th of June 2026 (“Purchase Period”). The duration of the Promotion may be extended or curtailed at the discretion of the Promoter and after approval of Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET) and Dubai Consumer Rights (DED) in Dubai, and Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development (ADDED) and Abu Dhabi Health Service Company (SEHA).

B. Terms and Conditions:

To be eligible to claim a refund of the full purchase amount for the Eligible Product, individuals must:

1. Purchase an Eligible Product during the Purchase Period from any of the Promoter’s participating retailers in-store (“Retailers”).

The following are the participating retailers in Dubai, UAE, and Abu Dhabi, UAE:

Carrefour, Lulu, Emax, Sharaf DG, ACE Hardware, and Better Life.

2. The Eligible Product can be returned to Al Ghandi Electronics L.L.C Service Centre in Dubai and to Gulf Electronics L.L.C Service Centre in Abu Dhabi.

3. Use the Eligible Product in the recommended manner continuously within sixty (60) days.

4. If within sixty (60) days of usage, the customer is not fully satisfied with the Eligible Product, he or she can submit a Satisfaction Money Back Guarantee Claim Form (“Form”), and the customer can return the Eligible Product to Al Ghandi Electronics L.L.C Service Centre in Dubai and to Gulf Electronics L.L.C Service Center in Abu Dhabi for a full refund.

5. Keep the Eligible Product in its original packaging and have the original purchase receipt of the Eligible Product. Copies or images will not be accepted. The Promoter reserves the right to reject any claims where the original receipt and/or original packaging is missing, damaged, or altered in any way.

6. Only individuals aged 18 and above are eligible to participate in the promotion.

7. This offer is not applicable to store employees and promoters and their immediate family members of a participating retailer or agency. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, child, parent, grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, or first cousin.

C. How to avail the Offer:

1. To be eligible to avail the Offer, individuals must undertake the following steps:
1.1 Visit Al Ghandi Electronics L.L.C Service Centre in Dubai or Gulf Electronics L.L.C Service Center in Abu Dhabi.
1.2 Fill out and complete the Form, inputting the appropriate details.
1.3 Return the Eligible Product, along with the original purchase receipt of the Eligible Product, to Al Ghandi Electronics L.L.C Service Centre in Dubai or Gulf Electronics L.L.C Service Center in Abu Dhabi.
1.4 The product cannot be mailed or couriered to Al Ghandi Electronics L.L.C Service Centre in Dubai or Gulf Electronics L.L.C Service Center in Abu Dhabi; the Eligible Product must be delivered in person.

2. If Forms are accepted, refunds will be processed within 10–15 days by Al Ghandi Electronics L.L.C in Dubai or Gulf Electronics L.L.C Service Center in Abu Dhabi for the amount outlined on the eligible receipt provided.

3. Participants must ensure that all personal details provided in the Form are correct. Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible Forms will be deemed invalid.

4. A maximum of two (2) Forms per household is permitted under this Offer.

5. Customers must use the Eligible Product in the recommended manner. Misuse of the product leading to damage will result in an invalid claim.

D. Promoter’s Rights:

1. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of any claims (including an individual’s identity, age, and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual whom the Promoter has reason to believe has:

• Breached any of these Terms and Conditions;
• Tampered with the claim process; or
• Engaged in any unlawful, fraudulent, unethical, or other improper misconduct that jeopardizes the fair and proper conduct of the Offer.

2. The Promoter reserves its legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender.

E. Product Return Conditions:

1. The returned product must be in working condition and accompanied by all original packaging and accessories.

2. If the returned product is found to be defective due to misuse, it will not be eligible for a refund under this offer.

3. If the returned product is found to be DOA (dead on arrival), it will be eligible for a refund under this offer.

4. Al Ghandi Electronics L.L.C Service Centre in Dubai and Gulf Electronics L.L.C Service Centre in Abu Dhabi may inspect the product upon return before processing the refund.

F. General:

1. By entering and participating in the promotion, participants agree that the Promoter may collect and process their personal information, which includes name, mobile number, address, and email address, for the purposes of this promotion. Participants have the right to withdraw their consent at any time. However, withdrawing consent may result in disqualification from the promotion and forfeiture of the opportunity to receive the refund.

2. Participants undertake that the personal information they provide is valid and correct throughout the campaign period.

3. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and participants and to disqualify any participants who submit an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tamper with the entry process.

4. In accordance with the confidentiality policies and practices of the Promoter, none of the entry details of any participant in this Promotion will be disclosed or used by the Promoter for any purposes other than those required by the Promotion.

5. In the event of a dispute, the decision of the Promoter will be final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding such disputes. The Promoter reserves the right to handle any disputes or failure to adhere to the rules at its sole discretion, including the right to immediately disqualify entrants from this promotion.

6. The Promoter will not be held liable for failure to conduct the promotion as planned due to causes beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters or other emergencies.

7. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the Promotion shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UAE.
